-Wait for the process to finish. After that you will be asked to enter the Apple ID password. This is done so that the account & Find My iPhone is deleted on the device earlier.
Soft Reset

-Press & hold either volume button & side button until power off slider is shown.

Using Find My iPhone
The Find My iPhone feature in iCloud can be used to locate, lock, or reset your iPhone from a remote pause. This reset can be done if your iPhone is lost and you don't want your data to be reviewed by others:

First, open iCloud.com on your personal computer or other device ==> sign in to your iCloud account (Apple ID).
Then, click "Find iPhone" ==> then click in the "All Devices" option ==> Select the device that has been disabled ==> Click "Erase iPhone."
