~ Apple has just officially released its newest cellphone, the iPhone 14 series, at the Apple Event program titled "Far Out" on September 8 at 00.00 WIB. The iPhone 14 series this time has the appearance and specifications that are almost like using the iPhone 13. However, the Apple company touches a relatively significant disparity in the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Some of the latest features are only available on iPhone 14 Pro & iPhone 14 Pro Max.

No longer releasing the “Mini” example, now on the iPhone series 14, Apple changed it to use the “Plus” example. Maybe in the mirror based on previous sales, the iPhone "Mini" variant doesn't really have a lot of fans. Curious how the complete specifications of the iPhone in each variant? Check out the full iPhone 14 review below!

Pros of iPhone 14 Series
As an Apple product that the people of the world have been waiting for, of course, the iPhone 14 series shows extraordinary advantages. Check out the various advantages below:

• New TrueDepth Camera & Capture in Any Light
iPhone 14 is equipped with a TrueDepth camera using autofocus. The new TrueDepth front camera has an aperture of f/1.9 enabling better low-light performance for photos and videos.
The smaller the number that follows the letter "f", the larger the aperture. The smaller the number in the aperture, the more light that enters so that it is possible to use it in low light conditions.A low aperture also affects the depth of the image, aka the effect of bokeh
• Action Mode
iPhone 14 has a new action mode for very smooth looking videos. Sensors can adjust for significant shake, movement, and vibration, even when video is shot in the middle of the action.
• Cinematic Mode in 4K
iPhone 14 series supports cinematic mode video recording in 4K resolution at 30 fps & 4K at 24 fps.
• Crash Detection
This feature can detect accident incidents that you experience and immediately make emergency calls when needed.
• Emergency SOS via Satellite
Apple says the iPhone 14 Series antennas can connect using satellite frequencies. It took about 15 seconds to be able to send an SOS message, using a clear sky record.
This function is not for calling friends or family, but for sending emergency messages when in a location that is not covered by cellular and WiFi frequencies.

When turned on, the user is relatively directing the iPhone 14 upwards following the existence of the satellite. Once connected, the feature will guide the user through a number of steps to be able to connect using an emergency service provider.
• All-Day Battery Life
Battery information on Apple's website shows that you can watch more videos & listen to audio for several hours longer on the iPhone 14 than on the previous iPhone series.
Apple says that the iPhone 14 includes up to 20 hours of video playback, up to 16 hours of streaming video playback, & up to 80 hours of audio playback. The previous iPhone 13 included up to 19 hours of video playback, up to 15 hours of streaming video playback, and up to 75 hours of audio playback.
• Ceramic Shield
For the front screen, Apple put the iPhone 14 & iPhone 14 Plus with Ceramic Shield technology to make it more powerful than other phones.
• Splash and Water Resistance
All iPhone 14 examples are rated IP68 according to IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters to 30 minutes). This means the iPhone 14 is safe from a few generic liquids such as accidental spills, splashes and rain. This device can also survive submerged in an aphorism depth of 6 meters for up to 30 minutes.
All of the above features are available on iPhone 14 series devices.
iPhone 14 Pro & iPhone 14 Pro Max have the following additional features:
• Dynamic Island
Dynamic Island is actually the word Apple gave to the toggle feature found on the screen surface of the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max versions. In this latest iPhone, Apple removes the physical 'bangs' on the screen that are still present in previous versions.
Instead, Apple embeds Dynamic Island which is right behind the front camera. Users can take advantage of Dynamic Island to switch from one feature to another.
Some of the remaining features on the Dynamic Island are call time monitoring, AirPod battery, or sports scoreboard. In the shared video, Dynamic Island is also able to make users switch based on music performance, maps, and notification controls.

However, for those who are not comfortable using Dynamic Island, this feature can be easily disabled. Tap your finger on the feature to disable or enable it.
• Always-On Display
Apple pinned the Always on Display feature for the first time on the iPhone 14 Pro & 14 Pro Max.
Just as the name suggests, the Always On Display feature allows the iPhone screen to stay on without losing a lot of battery power.
This feature allows users to view important news such as clocks, wallpapers, and widgets on the iOS 16 Lock Screen in real-time.
• 48MP Main Camera
The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max lineup has a 48MP primary camera using a quad-pixel sensor that combines every four pixels into one large quad-pixel equivalent to two.44 m in 12MP. It also provides second-generation sensor-shift optical image stabilization.
• 2x Telephoto
The quad-pixel sensor also enables a 2x telephoto option that uses the 12-megapixel sensor for full-resolution photos and 4K video without digital zoom. It also supports 48MP ProRAW.
• Ultra Wide Camera
The new 12MP Ultra Wide camera has 1.4 m pixels, and enhanced macro capabilities. The Telephoto camera has also been upgraded featuring a 3x optical zoom.
• A16 Bionic Chip
if the iPhone 14 & 14 Plus is powered by A15, Apple actually buried the A16 Bionic chipset into the iPhone 14 Pro & 14 Pro Max. A16 Bionic is equipped with a six-core aka Hexa-core CPU, which uses 2 performance cores & four efficiency cores.
The CPU is holistically considered 40% faster than its competitors, while the high-performance 2-core interim requires 20% less power than the A15. The 16-core Neural Engine included in the A16 can perform 17 trillion operations per second.

• Up to 2x Brighter Display Outdoors
iPhone 14 Pro‌ & iPhone 14 Pro‌ Max feature a Super Retina XDR display which Apple considers "the most sophisticated display on any phone." The new screen has a zenith brightness of 2,000 nits when used outdoors such as in sunlight. It has 2 times the brightness based on the previous example.

Disadvantages of iPhone 14 Series
Nothing is perfect, the iPhone 14 Series also has flaws. Here are the drawbacks that you need to know:
• Haven't Use USB Type C Port
The latest variants of Android smartphones have used a charging port using type C type. However, this is still not available on the iPhone 14 series. Apple still maintains an outdated charging port that uses a USB type lighting type.
• Have to Change New iPhone to Change Card
The e-SIM feature allows users to add phone numbers without having to insert a card. This feature has a weakness, namely the number that has been assigned to the iPhone, cannot be moved. So, iPhone 14 users are not able to renew the SIM card unless they buy a new iPhone 14.

However, this feature seems to only apply to the US. Because e-SIM services are not evenly distributed, the iPhone 14 Series using a physical SIM card slot will be permanently available in some market areas outside the US. As in neighboring countries Indonesia, Singapore & Malaysia.

Monitoring on Apple's Singapore & Malaysia sites, detailed specifications of the iPhone 14 Series reveal that this phone supports Dual SIM (nano-SIM & e-SIM). With support for nano-SIM, the iPhone 14 Series sold in Singapore is permanently equipped with a physical SIM card slot.
The dual SIM scheme using one nano-SIM and one e-SIM in the iPhone 14 Series in Singapore is still exactly the same as that available on the iPhone XS & XS Max (2018) to the iPhone 13 Series (2021) which is sold globally. That way, the iPhone 14 Series that will be sold in Indonesia will most likely also permanently have a physical SIM card.
The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are said to come in five hues from relaxed to light. There are Midnight, Blue, Starlight, Purple, & Red hues.
